Back in 2018 I made Richard the Squib and he was approved (www.deviantart.com/comments/1/…) but I don't see him on the masterlist anywhere? Help?

What kind of ears and colors are you allowed to have??
Squibs can have any ears as well as any colors! The only thing related to color would be having white features (belly, paws, eyebrows), not having such would be a rare trait.
